STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Log in to an instance with the "Now Assist AI web agent" plugin (sn_naa) and Zero touch servicedesk (sn_ztsd) installed and the "ServiceNow Web Automation" Chrome extension connected. 2. Open the Now Assist Panel. Select AI Web Agents promoted Agentic Workflow 3. Enter the prompt: "Navigate to below link and find all Unpaid invoices and provide the total number due for Client ACME Corporation. https://.service-now.com/x_snc_premium_in_1_invoice_dashboard.do" 4. Observe, no plan approval prompt comes up, no consent request, and it starts execution. Check execution in NAP itself, it starts Web Automation Agent, used the tool "Fetch Basic Navigational Guidelines", however it never suppose to initiate this tool calling, as the related Web Automation Agent which is related to AI Web Agents (Agentic Workflow )does not having tool this mapping.
