Fill the following details -> inquirer - , shipment ID - and hit save. 4. Now click on create trace UI action and populate the following details -> Case Type - Trace - Customs delay/clearance paperwork, Open Reason/Standard Notes - Reason for hold at customs, Assigned to - Deepa Patel, Preferred Means of Contact - Email and hit save 5. Wait for 5 seconds for the green NAP Banner "You have a now assist conversation open for this record" to show up. Click on View Chat. 6. Now complete the existing chat by selecting the following Pill options -> 1. Proceed 2. Approve 3. Proceed (at this step the NAP might get stuck, refresh the page) 4. Proceed 5. Proceed (this is end of current conversation) 7. Now repeat steps 2,3 4, and 5 with the previous NAP chat still open. 8.
