NOTE: Always test in sub-prod instance prior to production If some cost plans still do not appear after restoring fiscal period records, verify that all cost plan fiscal periods are correctly configured without gaps in the Fiscal period [fiscal_period] table, ensure that the fiscal calendar has not been modified after generation (do not change the Start date time or End date time fields of fiscal period records), and confirm that the Investment Entities for the project are active so the Financials tab can load all associated cost plans.
