AI Search Hybrid Search does not return semantic results from a custom indexed sourceIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } In Zurich P10, AI Search Hybrid Search does not return semantic (meaning-based) results from a custom indexed source. When searching for a phrase such as provide a longer version, no semantically similar results (such as give it in more detailed way) are returned from a custom table, despite the semantic index being healthy and direct semantic retrieval through scripts working correctly. The debug log shows that the custom table is not included in the semantic datasource filter for Hybrid Search. The log includes only the following standard sources: - `kb_knowledge`- `sc_cat_item`- `sys_gen_ai_skill`- `EXTERNAL_DOCUMENT` The custom table is not included in this list. The following configuration has been applied: | Component | Name ||---|---|| Search Application | Custom Application || Search Profile | Custom Feedback Profile || Search Source | Custom Response Feedback Search Source || Indexed Source | Custom Response Feedback || Semantic Index | Custom ResponseFeedbackSemantic | The indexed source filter is: `rejection_reason ISNOTEMPTY^field_name!=kb_average` **Steps to reproduce** 1. Open AI Search Preview.2. Select Text Only View.3. Select **Custom Feedback Profile**.4. Select Hybrid Search.5. Search for: provide a longer version.6. No semantic results are returned. **Expected result** Hybrid Search returns rejection reasons with similar meaning, such as: - give it in more detailed way- elaborate the issue a little more- too short; provide more details **Actual result** Hybrid Search generates the query embedding and starts the semantic search branch, but the custom response table is not included in the generated semantic datasource filter. Log in to `<instance-name>` as a user with the system administrator role, then complete the following steps: 1. Select **All** > **System Properties** [sys_properties.list].2. Locate the `glide.ais.query.hybrid_allowed_tables` property and add the custom table name to the comma-separated list of values: for example, if the table name is `custom_table`, enter `custom_table`.3. Locate the `glide.ais.query.default_hybrid_semantic_fields` property and add the semantic index field name to the comma-separated list of values: for example, if the field name is `semantic_index`, enter `semantic_index`.4. After both properties are updated, run a Hybrid Search again to check that the custom table appears in the semantic datasource filter and that semantically similar results are returned
