The "Look up Users Stream" HttpOperation query body did not include limit/page arguments. While the action was wrapped in a paginating stream proxy (splitter on $.data.users, ds_get_next_page=true), the paginator had no page/limit variable to increment against, so only a single 200-row page was ever returned — silently truncating results above that cap. This is not a customer configuration issue; the integration was originally built when the API was unbounded, and monday.com's API contract changed after that.A related compounding issue was also flagged: the same query uses monday.com's kind: non_guests argument, which is deprecated and scheduled for hard removal in October 2026 — after which this query would fail outright rather than merely under-collect. Apply the 'Monday new action changes' update set to introduce a pagination-aware action ('Look up Users Stream_v2') and update the connection model with the required API version.2. Apply the 'Monday subflow changes' update set to rewire the 'monday.com Download User Subscription' subflow to use the new action and update input parameters.3. Set 'replace on upgrade' to true for all 4 files of the update sets to ensure new updates are added a OOB in future upgrades.4. Test the fix on a non-production instance by running the 'SAM - Refresh monday.com Integration Subscriptions' job and verify the correct subscription count is imported before moving fix to PROD instance. NOTE:- During update set import in Australia release you might see an error saying the new version of files are available. However you can still fix this by 'Apply Update set' option to override the workaround file to instance.
