Reproduced Steps: Enable Smart Assessment Engine: sn_vdr_risk_asmt.sae_enabled = trueCreate Questionnaire Template with settings: Purpose: TPRM external questionnaireInclude previous response: checkedEnable scoring for this template: Yes Add Questions: Q1: Radio button type with choices AAA (Score: 10), BBB (Score: 20)Radio button type, Required: yes, Condition visibility: Response-based > Q1 = BBB with choices CCC (Score: 30), DDD (Score: 40)Please refer the screenshots about definition of template. Create External Assessment and send assessment to third-party.
