For example, in French, the date is displayed as “Jeudi, jan. 15th 1:00pm - 5:00pm”, where the “th” suffix is incorrectly appended to the date. Additionally, the time may be displayed in a 12-hour format instead of the expected 24-hour format. Expected behavior: "jeudi 15 janvier 13:00 - 17:00" or"jeudi 15 jan. 13:00 - 17:00" Actual behavior: “Jeudi, jan. 15th 1:00pm - 5:00pm”or“Jeudi, jan. 15th 13:00 - 17:00” Release<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } All Releases Cause<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } The issue is caused by incorrect handling of date and time formatting for non-English languages in the Walk-Up Check-In portal. The date and time values were previously formatted using hardcoded translations rather than dynamic locale-based formatting. This resulted in incorrect date suffixes, such as “th” appearing in localized dates, and inconsistent time formats, such as displaying French times in a 12-hour format instead of the expected 24-hour format. The underlying cause is the lack of dynamic localization using the Intl.DateTimeFormat API, which is required to generate date and time representations based on the selected language and region. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Below is the Workaround:1. Navigate to the Walk-up Schedule widget with the identifier (/sp_widget_6b534ecf23030300c6bf121727bf654b).2. Modify the Body HTML template by replacing the existing date format with the corrected format.3. In the Server script, add the following code to handle language and time zone mapping: var langMap = { 'fq': 'fr-CA', 'zt': 'zh-Hant', 'pb': 'pt-BR' }; data.tz = gs.getSession().getTimeZoneName(); var locale = gs.getSession().getLanguage(); data.lang = langMap[locale] ? langMap[locale] : locale; 4. In the Client controller, add the getDisplayTime function to format dates using the Intl.DateTimeFormat API for locale-sensitive rendering: function getDisplayTime() { var now = new Date(); $scope.displayTime = now; var weekday = new Intl.DateTimeFormat('en', {weekday: "long"}).format(now); var month = new Intl.DateTimeFormat('en', {month: "short"}).format(now); $scope.displayDate = new Intl.DateTimeFormat(c.data.lang, { dateStyle: 'full', timeZone: c.data.tz, }).format(now); } getDisplayTime(); This issue has been already addressed in PRB - PRB1986566 and fixed by development team, and the fix will be available with the Brazil release.
