The integration process encounters errors during execution, preventing successful data retrieval and processing. Missing or invalid AWS API credentials in the integration configuration caused the REST-based integration to fail. 2. If the Configuration parameters like batch_size or max_results were not properly defined or updated, leading to validation failures during data retrieval from AWS3. Modifications to integration parameters during an active run causes inconsistencies, requiring cancellation and reinitialization of the integration process. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Steps to Resolve1. Verify and update the AWS authentication parameters (access key, secret key, region, role ARN) in the Integration Instance Parameters for the AWS integration instance record correctly.Ensure these values are valid, correctly configured, and visible under Integration Instance Parameters.2. Check the integration instance parameters for the AWS integration to ensure required fields like batch_size and max_results are properly defined. 3. If parameters were modified during an active integration run, cancel the existing execution and initiate a new one to ensure the updated values are applied. For example, if the error says batch_size is not defined then if you are executing "AWS Inspector Host Vulnerability Integration" then you need to check for "host_batch_size" under integration instance parameters is populated correctly.4.Review the below service-now documentation and review the parameters for respective integration.https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/security-management/vulnerability-response/aws-integration-for-security-exposure-management-overview.html
