ReleaseGenericCauseRoot CauseIn this case, the issue was caused by a plugin-related problem (com.glide.one_extend).ResolutionSteps to Resolve 1. Log in to the instance as an admin user.2. Navigate to System Definition > Plugins.3. Click the 'Sync Now' button and wait for the synchronization to complete.4. Query for 'com.glide.one_extend' and go to the 'Installed' tab.5. Select the 'Glide OneExtend' plugin.6. On the 'Quick Actions' menu, click the 'Repair' link.7. After repair, log out and log back in to the instance.8.
