Some rows appear completely blank, with no sentiment data shown. Two separate conditions can produce it: The source record became inactive. By default, the Sentiment Analysis skill's configuration includes a condition requiring the related case or incident to be active (active = true) for its sentiment record to remain visible. If that case or incident is later cancelled or closed in a way that marks it inactive, this condition is no longer met, and the sentiment record generated from it is hidden from the list view — even though the sentiment data itself is preserved and not lost. The source record was deleted. If the case or incident that originally generated a sentiment record is deleted afterwards, the sentiment record itself remains in the table but has no source record left to link to, so it displays as an empty/blank row. Update the Sentiment Analysis skill's configuration so its visibility condition also covers cases/incidents where active = false, rather than only active = true. This keeps sentiment records visible after their source case or incident is cancelled or closed, instead of hiding them.If you'd rather not change the configuration, an alternative is to avoid cancelling/closing a case or incident (or to capture the sentiment data you need beforehand) if you want its sentiment history to stay visible — understanding that this only avoids the issue rather than resolving it at the source.Be aware that deleting a case or incident will leave any sentiment record it generated as an empty row going forward, regardless of the above setting — this is expected and not indicative of data corruption.
