System property can be respected via scripted visibility condition, however this is not a straight forward setup given amount of search action configurations both shipped in a multitude of ServiceNow applications and independently created by customers. We have no reliable way of resolving scripted conditions introduce independently by those actions on upgrade, leading to a strong possibility of inconsistent behaviour between the same This helped action displayed in different Agent Assists. In addition coordination task of amending items already shipped is not trivial. Workaround : If you would like to prevent the "Flag Article" action from appearing in Agent Assist, please consider enabling the "Disable suggesting" option by setting it to true on the knowledge base that contains the knowledge articles returned in search results.
