The Recommended action feature in SOW uses AI Search to retrieve knowledge articles. AI Search respects the user's session language and only returns content indexed in that language by default. When a user session is in English, AI Search prioritizes English-language articles and excludes articles in other languages, even if multilingual knowledge bases are available. This approach allows, for example, an English-session user to see both English and Japanese knowledge articles. Set the following system properties: [1] glide.ais.translate.enable_global_language_fallback = true [2] glide.ais.translate.global_fallback_locale = ja In this example, the global fallback locale is set to Japanese (ja). Users in any session language will see results in their session language plus Japanese.(In Japanese session, KB which language is English is not displayed.)Note that the glide.ais.translate.global_fallback_locale property may not exist by default. Please create it as a String-type system property if needed. Approach 2: Configure Globally Searchable Knowledge Articles Define an encoded query on the [3] glide.ais.global_searchable_filter.kb_knowledge system property to make knowledge articles in specific languages searchable regardless of the user's session language. This approach allows multiple languages to be searched simultaneously.
