The portal may display placeholder text such as data.sc_cat_item.name instead of the catalog item details. The same catalog item renders correctly after the MRVS is removed.Expected Behavior Cloud Catalog Items are designed to use variable sets from the sn_cmp_variable_set table, which supports single-row variable sets only. The affected items use an MRVS from the generic item_option_new_set table through the io_set_item relationship. Although this table supports MRVS, it is not intended or supported for Cloud Catalog Items. Consequently, the Cloud User Portal cannot render the item correctly. An additional related list exposing these generic variable sets was added to the Cloud Catalog Item form. This related list is not part of the out-of-box Cloud Provisioning configuration.
