Check if there are inbound API calls from /api/sn_oe_sfs/collaboration_slack_event_processor/chats , when a user send a message from Slack to Sidebar 2. If there is no inbound API call from above, make sure the Event Subscription is enabled as per below doc: Configure event subscription and Webhook URL and verify the below Request URL -- there should not be any trailing/leading white spaceCorrect Events and their scopes were added under "Subscribe to events on behalf of users" and "Subscribe to bot Events" 3. Make sure the Socket mode is not enabled in Slack under Settings> Socket mode. If it is enabled, then disable the socket mode as it would not make use of the Request URL as configured per above SN docs, and then recheck the Events are enabled under Event Subscriptions. 4. Retest the issue and confirm the messages are flowing from Slack to Sidebar now.
