ServiceNow documentation states, If more than one publisher is selected in the filter and the Publishers Out of Compliance widget is opened, all non-compliant publishers are listed. The same behavior applies to products. Workaround Use a single publisher or single product filter selection when filtering compliance data if more granular results are required. The case documentation confirms that results behave as expected when only one publisher is selected.
