If a finding is still actively present in Wiz but nothing about it changed since the prior day's pull — no new detection, no resolution, no severity or state change — Wiz does not include it in that day's sync. As a result, Last Found on the corresponding Vulnerable Item is not refreshed, even though the finding is still live and visible in the Wiz console. Customers may expect Last Found to update daily for any vulnerability that is still active, because that is how many other feeds behave. Since the integration only reports changes, a stable, unchanged, active detection appears stale in ServiceNow even though it is still open in Wiz. An auto-close rule based on Last Found age then incorrectly closes it.
