Method 1: Hide the export option on a List data visualization Open the dashboard containing the List data visualization.Select the visualization to edit it.In the Header and border section, uncheck Show export option.Save the visualization. Method 2: Restrict access to the par_export_job table using an ACL Elevate the role to security_admin.Navigate to the ACL record for the par_export_job table using the following sys_id:https://instance-name.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_security_acl.do?sys_id=f3d401e17f10121004d04f2c8c8665f2Add or remove roles in the ACL to control which users can export from the dashboard.When a user without the required role attempts to export the dashboard, they receive the message: "Export Failed.
