Extending the duration on Gantt is not setting the scheduling method to manual Issue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } In Dispatcher Workspace, when a Work Order Task (WOT) that was scheduled using Dynamic Scheduling or Optimization is manually resized on the Gantt by extending or reducing its start/end time, the Scheduling method remains set to Dynamic Scheduling or Optimization instead of changing to Manual. The duration, start time, or estimated end time of the WOT may be updated, but the scheduling method is not changed accordingly. The problem record has since been moved to Fixed. Workaround:Apply the update set provided by ServiceNow Support for PRB2054900. This is a temporary workaround and should be replaced by the OOB fix once available. Additional Behavior – Resizing Over an Existing Task: With double booking disabled, the transaction is blocked, so the popup shows the existing duration because the update is not committed. With double booking enabled, the assignment is allowed and the popup shows the updated duration. There is no OOB two-step acknowledgement process for resizing and then confirming a double booking. Implementing such behavior would require an enhancement.
