For Android, the Firebase project configuration needed to be updated to ensure that the Firebase Project ID used during the mobile build process matched the push notification configuration on the instance. As outlined in KB1639289, the customer should create an HTTP v1 Service Account, download the private key JSON file, and configure it on the instance so that the push notification settings align with the build request details. For iOS, Apple Push Certificate Configuration The customer needed to configure push notifications using the Apple push certificate (.p12) generated during the ServiceNow mobile publishing process.This certificate can be downloaded and uploaded to the app type's Push Application record on the instance.The associated Apple keystore password is provided in the "Ready for Testing" email sent by mobilepublishing@servicenow.com.Since .p12 certificates are valid for 13 months, it is recommended to set a reminder by populating the Warn in Days to Expire field (for example, 90 days) on the Push Application record to ensure timely renewal. If you enabled 'glide.attachment.extensions' system property, please make sure .p12 is added to allow certificate uploads.
