Steps to reproduce : 1. Open Survey designer form using URL -> https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.service-now.com/$ng_sd.do2. Drag a "reference" control over to the new survey3. click the cog to "edit this question" for the new reference control you just added4. In the config popup, populate "Reference" value with "Incident"5. Workaround: The customer can directly update the condition on the reference question from the platform view. If you have already created a reference-type survey question using Survey Designer and configured the required settings in advance (such as the question name and reference table, excluding the condition), please configure the condition from the Platform UI by following the steps below: 1.Run asmt_metric_type.list from the Platform UI to display the list of survey definitions. 2.Open the relevant survey definition and then open the corresponding Survey Category (asmt_metric_category) record from the Metric Categories related list.- Verify that the preconfigured question is displayed in the Assessment Metrics related list.3.Open the corresponding Assessment Metric (asmt_metric) question record and configure the Condition field as required.- Please note that the Condition field may not be visible in certain form views.- If the field is not displayed, add the Condition field to the form layout and then configure the desired condition.
