Assistant Designer Analytics can retrieve and display the conversation records, but when a record is selected, Workspace attempts to render the conversation using the Workspace form view. Navigate to the sys_cs_conversation table.Open the form’s context menu.Select Configure → Form Layout.Under Form view and section, select the View name field.Click New.Create a new view with the following name: Workspace Save the new view.Clear the instance cache.Return to Assistant Designer → Analytics.Open one of the affected metrics and select a conversation record from the Records section. Expected Result The conversation transcript/details panel should open successfully, and the following message should no longer appear: “This form has not been configured for Workspace…” Users should be able to view the conversation details directly from Assistant Designer Analytics.
