Change Request association after restarting a Release Phase in Digital Product Release (DPR) Issue A change request is associated with a Release phase. When the release phase is restarted, the Change Request remains associated with the original phase and is not automatically carried over to the new phase record created by the restart. The Attached to phases related list on the Change Request still shows the original phase and release after the restart. When a Release Phase is restarted, a new phase record is created, but associated Change Requests are not automatically reassigned from the original phase to the new one, unlike Configuration Items (CIs). There is no out-of-the-box (OOTB) mechanism to automatically disassociate the Change Request from the old phase or reassociate it with the new one. Resolution 1. Manually dissociate the Change Request from the original phase by removing the association in the Attached to phases related list. 2. Associate the Change Request with the newly created phase by adding the new phase to the Attached to phases related list.
