The flow action used the base table name instead of the extended table name of the case record, leading to a mismatch in the attachment source table.GlideSysAttachment().copy() searches for attachments with target case table that will be transferred to, finds zero matches, and does nothing. No error, no exception — the flow just "succeeds" with nothing to copy. Pass the correct GlideRecord extended table (e.g., 'sn_hr_er_case') into performSelectedTransfer 6. Verify that the GlideSysAttachment.copy() method uses the correct table name from the re-quired record to ensure attachments are copied from the correct source table. 7. Implement logic to dynamically resolve the correct table name for the original case record before invoking the transfer process.
