Open the cmdb_ci_business_app table via UI16. 2. Right-click the columns on the list and select 'Configure' > 'List layout'. 3. Add the desired columns to the list layout to set them as default for all users. Note: If changes are not visible in Service Graph Operation, it might due to the field preferences overriding the default column representation. You can try clearing the field preferences by resetting all the column preferences as below and then it should match the default configuration defined in the configure list view.Go in the personalize fields button on the list header, right next to the refresh button, select 'Reset all column setting', then click 'Apply'.
