OOTB logic explicitly skips "Generic" agreement type entitlements when auto-copying downgrade rights.The script include SamsDowngradeUpgradeAPI (global scope, part of the com.snc.samp plugin) has this exact line in generateEntitlementDowngradeRights():entitlementGR.addQuery('agreement_type', '!=', 'generic');So the weekly job that propagates downgrade rights from the software model down to entitlements filters out every entitlement whose agreement type is Generic before it even looks at them. No row ever gets written to samp_downgrade_model for a Generic entitlement — by design, not by bug. Any entitlement using the Generic agreement type will need its downgrade rights added directly on the entitlement record — they won't automatically inherit rights added at the software model level by design.
