CMDB Workspace view appears to be missing certain field values compared to list/form viewIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } When viewing a Configuration Item (CI) record in the CMDB Workspace, certain fields such as 'Managed by' and 'Supported by' appeared to be missing values, whereas the same record in the standard list/form view showed populated values for related fields like 'Managed by group' and 'Support group'. The discrepancy was observed when comparing the CMDB Workspace view to the standard UI16 form/list view for a CI record. The fields appearing empty in the workspace view were confirmed to be empty on the CI record, while the group-related fields were correctly displayed in the expanded section. Note that the fields appearing empty in the CMDB Workspace view (such as Assigned To, Owned by, Managed by, Supported by) may indeed be empty on the CI record itself. To view the raw XML of a record, right-click the form header or click the context menu (hamburger icon) and select Show XML. Alternatively, append &XML to the end of the form's URL (e.g., cmdb_ci.do?sys_id=xxx&XML) to load the data directly.2. Verify that the fields populated in the standard UI (such as Managed By Group, Support Group, Assignment Group, for example) are correctly displayed in the CMDB Workspace under the 'Show more' expansion panel.3. Click the 'Show more' expansion panel in the CMDB Workspace to view additional fields, including group-related fields like 'Approval Group', 'Change Group', 'Managed by group', and 'Support group'.
