Using a List Collector Catalog Variable as a Data Pill Results in "List is not allowed here" ErrorIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } When attempting to use a data pill from a catalog variable of type List Collector in a Flow Designer condition (e.g., 'Sys ID is one of'), an error 'List is not allowed here' is displayed. This occurs during the upgrade to Australia and is observed in Flow Designer when configuring a 'Look up Records' action with a condition involving the List Collector variable. The drop-target is attached once, at the container level, with field.type = 'conditions' for the whole widget and not per row. In dnd.js, isDroppableType() has a guard clause that fires before any type comparison: if (...field_type === GlideType.CONDITIONS // conditions angular wrapper needs to accept all types) {return true;} ☞ So every drop into any condition row is accepted unconditionally, the type of the individual field at the condition lavel (Reference, GUID, Choice, etc.) is never actually checked against the type being dropped. After (Zurich onward):☞ Conditions now render through SnPredicateBuilderDragDrop.js, wrapping the seismic now-predicate-builder-wrapper. Each condition row registers its own real field type via a per-row customValueEditors map, populated from the row's displayPill() event payload. On hover/drop, isDroppableType(inputType, node.type) is now evaluated with that row's actual typeif (DND.isDroppableType(customValueEditor.inputType, item.node.type)) {return {canDrop: true, customValueEditor};}☞ Our product team has identified this issue as a product defect. This issue is tracked under: PRB2086858 Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } ☞ Until the permanent fix for the PRB is provided, please use the following temporary workaround: ☞ Disable the new predicate builder component. Steps: 1. Create the following system property on the affected instance: Property Name Value sn_flow_designer.predicate_builder_enabled false 2. Save the property. 3. Refresh Flow Designer. Note: This is considered a temporary workaround only.
