The import process did not reflect the corrected class values when re-imported, leading to inconsistent CI classification. In the current usecase , Customer used import set to populate the CI's in to CMDB. Discovery module is not enabled and there are no classifiers that exist and which did not go via Identification process and landed in wrong class. So the option to correct would be via re-importing the records with correct class and cleaning up the incorrect ones.Validate the changes to ensure the Configuration Items are now classified as IP Switch (cmdb_ci_ip_switch).
