The same users can access identical records via the Service Operations Workspace path (`/now/sow/record/cab_meeting/[ID]`) without issues. Admin users have no access issues on either path. Non-admin users cannot view an inactive manager, which prevents access to the CAB meeting in the native interface. This is not related to ACLs or plugin versions. Open the affected CAB meeting record and verify that the assigned **CAB manager** is an active user with the `cab_manager` role. 2. If the current **CAB manager** is inactive or locked out, update the **CAB manager** field to an active user who holds the `cab_manager` role. 3. After updating the **CAB manager**, non-admin users can access the CAB meeting via the native CAB Workbench interface.
