The count should be based on unique relationships and unique service associations, not the total number of records in either table.If the CI has 160 unique service_id values but only 100 services are displayed on the Change Request, this is caused by the glide.db.max.aggregates system property. The platform function CIUtils._getImpactedServicesFromAffectedCIs() uses a GlideAggregate query with groupBy("service_id") on the svc_ci_assoc table. The aggregate query is limited by the value configured in glide.db.max.aggregates. When this limit is lower than the number of unique grouped results, the query returns only the allowed number of service groups, causing the impacted services list to be truncated.
