Form View Missing For Specific Table - Support and Troubleshooting

Form View Missing For Specific Table Issue Problem There is a form view missing in the instance. Probably related to a clone done recently.

Steps to reproduce

Go to pc_hardware_cat_item.list Open any record using view is 'ALM Catalog Manager' The form appears empty

Release Generic

Cause Root Cause 1. The missing form view occurred because the 'sys_ui_form_section' records

2. The issue was not due to a clone. For that specific form, the records were imported using update sets but missing to import records on sys_ui_form_section

Resolution Steps to Resolve 1. Be sure to import records in the 'sys_ui_form_section' table into the affected instances. 2. If update set were used to create the form view, sections and elements, the data from sys_ui_form_section from the original records must be also imported for that specific view
