When one or more Knowledge Bases are specified in the portal's Knowledge Bases related list, Employee Center restricts article access to only those configured Knowledge Bases. If the article belongs to a Knowledge Base that is not associated with the portal, users can receive an access error even when ACLs, User Criteria, and user roles are correctly configured.
