When the instance attempted to run licensing check for Now Assist apps, the logs were throwing Status code 401 suggesting credentials were not correct. Status code 401 credentials not correct happened because it was showing the old instance name in the license table. Fix: Reach out to SN licensing team, to update the license table with the latest instance name. Once the table is updated, run the Licensing Engine job in the instance to download the license to the instance. Result: After SN updated the instance name on the license table and ran the Licensing Engine job in the instance itself, we could see confirmation that Licensing Entitlements were successfully downloaded to the instance and all feature related to Now Assist app now work again.
