This business rule was introduced as part of fix for a defect PRB1908950 in Vendor Risk Management Workspace v21.1.5. The issue was in the defect was: Discuss dialog is not populating Subject from external risk asmt and discussion not shown in activity stream. As a fix, this business rule was introduced to populate short description based on name for sidebar discussion subject.
