Knowledge Search evaluates access using the intersection of permissions between: the logged-in user performing the searchthe selected Search As user Only knowledge articles that both users are authorized to access are returned. For example: Logged-in UserSearch As UserReturned ResultsKB001, KB002, KB003KB002, KB003, KB004KB002, KB003 Although the Search As user has access to KB004, it is not returned because the logged-in user does not have access to it. Additional Information This behavior has been reviewed with Product Management and confirmed to be working as designed. Code review confirms this access model has been implemented since the original development of the feature.
