Check the License Under Management setting: When enabled, the Software Model is included in reconciliation and its matching installations are considered during compliance calculation.When disabled, the Software Model is excluded from reconciliation and its matching installations are marked as Ignored. When License Under Management is disabled, the Software Model may appear as Compliant because no installations are being counted against its entitlements.To include the retired Software Model in compliance evaluation: Enable License Under Management on the Software Model.Save the record.Run reconciliation again.Review the reconciliation results and matching installations. Therefore, use the License Under Management field—not the Software Model Status—to control whether a Software Model participates in Software Asset Management reconciliation
