Article title is not displayed in the Knowledge Article print view (sysparm_media=print) from Service Portal on Australia release Description Article title is not displayed in the Knowledge Article print view (sysparm_media=print) from Service Portal on Australia release(Australia Patch 4 and before), due to a JavaScript error in KBViewArticle.jsdbx, while it works as expected in Zurich release.

Steps to Reproduce

Australia release issue 1. Login to Australia instances(Australia Patch 4 or before) 2 Navigate to /kb_view.do?sys_kb_id= &sysparm_media=print&sysparm_use_polaris=false

Expected result: The Article title is visible in the print page Actual result: The Article title is not visible in the print page

The issue is not occurring in the Zurich release 1. Login to Zurich OOB instances. 2. Navigate to /kb_view.do?sys_kb_id= &sysparm_media=print&sysparm_use_polaris=false

Workaround The issue is fixed in Australia Patch 5.

For Australia Patch 4 and before, use attached update set - PRB2033473_fix.xml.
