Steps to Reproduce

- Log in to the instance "empmmy" - Impersonate as System Administrator - Navigate to the now assist admin - Open HRSD skills - Try activating the Generate Talking points - Notice the error "Error occurred while deactivating skill. Please contact administrator."

Workaround This issue has been fixed in this SR - TD - Now Assist for Talent V1.7 (Apr'26). please upgrade to this version or later.
