As a result, the recurring series is visible in Outlook, but no corresponding entries are generated in the All Reservations table.To reproduce the issue:1. Open Outlook Calendar.2. Create a new recurring reservation/meeting.3. Select a recurrence pattern (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).4. Set the start date and time in the past (before the current date/time).5. Send the recurring reservation.6. Navigate to the All Reservations table in ServiceNow.7. Verify whether reservation records are created for the recurring series.Observed behavior: The recurring reservation is successfully created in Outlook, but calendar synchronization completes without creating corresponding reservation records in ServiceNow. This change was part of the Workplace Calendar Sync March 2026 release. Earlier we used to sync the past occurrences too, but for performance reasons, the plugin now only synchronises the reservations from the current date to the end date of the recurring series.
