When these records were recreated, they were assigned new sys_ids, which do not match the sys_ids expected by the system.As a result, the Start Process operation fails when the bot process is in "Published" or "In Maintenance" lifecycle stages, because the system cannot find the matching lifecycle stage status records with the expected sys_ids.
