From the Planning Console of the Project Workspace, change the state of the Project Task record to 'Closed Complete'2. Go to the Project record from the 'Details' tab, and observe the state is 'Closed Complete' and 'Percent Complete' is 100%. Actual End Date and Actual Duration is also populated. 3. Reset the Project Task record to be back to 'Work in Progress' 4. From the Details tab, go to the Project Task related list and open the Project Task record5. Change the state of the Project Task to 'Closed Complete' and click Save6. Both the Classic Planning Console and the Project Workspace Planning Console only roll up Project Task and Sub-Project records that are part of the supported project hierarchy. A custom table that extends Planned Task directly is not included in the rollup by design.The Planning Console is designed this way for performance and scalability. It keeps Planning responsive, especially for large project plans and bulk updates.
