The component contains a predefined list of supported grouping dimensions and does not expose a supported configuration method for adding custom fields from the Business Application table. Only the supported out of box grouping options are available, including: SeverityBusiness CriticalityLocationService GroupService Portfolio Custom fields such as Emergency Tier are not included in the supported grouping definitions and therefore cannot be selected within the native dashboard experience.
