As part of enhancements made to the Risk Change Overview Card to improve page loading performance and eliminate card flickering during workspace load, a display condition was introduced that unintentionally prevents the Risk Evaluation section from appearing when a Change Request is in the New state. The problematic display condition is: riskISEMPTY^EQ Affected record: chg_overview_card.do?sys_id=a1f241e75340211088d8ddeeff7b12d2 The condition causes the Risk Evaluation card to be hidden when a new Change Request has not yet been assigned a risk value.
