It reflects a change in how attachments are handled when AI Search is enabled in the ESC portal. With AI Search active, attachments are surfaced through the search results themselves rather than through a link embedded in the article body. Relevant attachments appear either as their own result or as a child result under the parent knowledge article, and can be downloaded directly from the results list without opening the article first.
