Make sure to set active to true on field "Enable Waitlist" on your reservable module (sn_wsd_rsv_reservable_module). b. Make sure to set active to false or uncheck the field "Apply to shift" on your reservable module (sn_wsd_rsv_reservable_module). c. Now open the record producer - RESERVATION WAITLIST (sys_id=Ofa5cb8e3d7142869b4c2e5f1a39d8b7) on your esc/sp portal and when you click on Reservable Type field, you will be able to select your designated reservable module, submit the item and make a reservable waitlist successfully.d. To see the waitlist > Go to portal home > My Reservations> Waitlist.
