However, Fluent does not currently support all Flow Designer capabilities. When unsupported functionality exists within a flow, Fluent may transform portions of the flow using a Record API approach. This can lead to differences in how certain flow configurations are represented across the two experiences. Fluent and Flow Designer are intended to be interchangeable. A flow created in Fluent becomes a standard Flow Designer flow once installed, and both products read from and write to the same underlying platform records. The following Fluent limitations currently exist: • Dynamic inputs • Error handling • Make a Decision flow logic • Do Until flow logic • Transforms • Go Back To flow logic • getFlowOutputs flow logic • Call a Workflow flow logic • Certain IntegrationHub Action Designer steps • Data Streams • Flow Templates Additionally, Fluent currently supports only the Draft state. Flows installed from Fluent are expected to be tested and published from Flow Designer. There is no platform restriction preventing flows from being maintained across both Fluent and Flow Designer, provided the flow does not rely on unsupported Fluent functionality.
