If the window start date has already passed, the system uses the current date/time. No out-of-the-box functionality was identified to automatically adjust planned work tasks based on time zone differences. Out-of-the-box scheduling does not automatically exclude holidays. Recommended submission of enhancement requests through the Idea Portal for future product consideration. Advised that Customer Outcomes or implementation partners can assist with custom solutions when required.
