Collect Host Data Fails After ACC Framework 6.5.1 Upgrade Due to Missing osquery FilesIssue <!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } After upgrading the Agent Client Collector Framework (ACC-F) to version 6.5.1, Collect Host Data fails to identify Configuration Items (CIs), causing host data collection failures. Although the upgrade completes successfully, the MID Server does not receive the required osquery package files, preventing ACC from executing Collect Host Data successfully. Typical symptoms include: Collect Host Data fails to identify CI records. No osquery.tar.gz files exist in the expected MID Server directories.Linux and/or Windows data collection fails.Other environments or previous ACC versions continue to function normally. Although an update set corrected the asset record metadata, the update did not automatically trigger MID Server synchronization because updating existing asset records does not generate the required synchronization event. As a result, the corrected files were never copied to the MID Server. Step 2 – Force Asset Synchronization Run the provided background script to force synchronization of sn_agent_asset records so the MID Server receives FileChange notifications. After execution: Verify FileChange records are generated in the ECC Queue.Confirm the MID Server processes the synchronization requests. Step 3 – Verify MID Server Files Confirm the following files exist in the expected MID Server ACC directories: Linux amd64 osquery packageWindows osquery package
