Open the widget "Now Assist Self Service Widget" (sys_id: 634bcbc59ff20210210e089c8a0a1ce1). 2. Locate the following line in the Server Script: data.context = $sp.getChatContext(); 3. Remove the line from its current location and move it so it becomes the final $sp reference in the server script. 4. In Zurich Patch 10, the line should be placed after the if/else block containing the remaining $sp.* references and before the getConfigValue function. 5. Save the widget. 6. Reload the affected Service Portal page and validate the behavior.
