This is expected product behavior. When using Zoom as the conferencing provider: The Mute and Unmute controls are not displayed in the Conference UI (Service Operations Workspace/Agent Workspace).Users cannot mute or unmute conference participants from within ServiceNow. This behavior is expected. The Zoom conferencing does not implement participant mute/unmute operations, and therefore the corresponding controls are unavailable in the user interface. The current product documentation, "Mute participants from a Zoom conference call in Service Operations Workspace" describes muting participants in a Zoom conference as a supported. However, the current implementation of the Zoom conferencing driver does not expose mute/unmute capabilities. As a result, the Mute and Unmute controls are not available when Zoom is used as the conferencing provider. The Engineering team is currently working with the Documentation team to review this discrepancy and update to accurately reflect the current implementation. Conclusion: The absence of Mute/Unmute controls for Zoom conferences is by design based on the current implementation of the Zoom conference calls with Notify.
